Hello!
I'm new here, so I apologize if this is not the right place for this. I looked around for a similar post but did not see one (I'm sure its hiding somewhere). I am looking into the SAS certifications, I'm a recent college graduate who has worked as a data analyst for a year already with the same company. I am the only one here who does what I do and I am trying to bring more value to the company through getting designations.
I am wondering what the SAS certified programs add to ones value or ability. Specifically the programmer 1 and the business analyst. I see how very expensive the classes seem to take, but I did not see where to purchase self study manuals, etc. I'd greatly appreciate a little push in the right direction, I've found it is difficult to operate without a mentor in the same field as you when first starting out.
Thank you.
