This is a strange question. My organization is buying a new computer and there is a lot of uncertainty how much computing power and memory I need. They want me to test the system against something that takes a while to run. While I have encountered that in the past, I don't have anything ready to test that.
Anyone know a process that is computationally complex and might take a while to run to test the systems requirements?
Preferably something in the regression or time series family....:p
