I have a model where I really want to run 41 dummy predictor variables (because each one is important to assess and using factor analysis to reduce the number is not desired). I can get away with this with ten predictors so its not a coding issue. But when I run 20 (let alone 41) it simply never completes.
Any suggestion how I can get SAS to run that many predictors (I have about 760 cases so its not a huge data base - to many variables). I have 18 gigs of RAM and a powerful computer - but I could get more memory if it helps (I use EG if that matters).
Please don't suggest running R dason or jake :) :( If I knew how to do that I would have already. It's got to be done very quickly if it's done at all.
