pick one data every 5 minutes interval

Hello all,

I have attached the file I am working on. I need to pick one data every 5 minutes interval. If there is no data in the interval, then I need it still report the previous one.

For example:

time price
9:35:04 95
9:36:17 97
9:39:22 96
9:42:01 96
9:51:43 97



Then I would like the system to report:
time price

9:39:22 96
9:42:01 96
9:42:01 96
9:51:43 97
