I keep getting the SAS crash pictured below.
The source dataset is quite large (802,923,150 rows, 7 columns, 44.8 GB compressed by SAS). I have tried (1) restarting SAS, (2) restarting the PC, (3) redrawing the source dataset and (4) copying the source dataset to the Work library. None of these tries resolved the problem.
Also, the crash doesnt always occur at the same place.
The PC is an 8-core i7 + 8 GB RAM + Adata XPG SX900 512GB SSD.
Does anyone know the cause (memory buffer corruption?) and/or a fix for it?
