Standardized residuals logistic regression SAS

Allison says that (as of 9.3) SAS will generate standardized Pearson and Deviance residuals. Does anyone know the code to ask for that?

Also the residuals show, for binary logistic regression, two lines which correspond to Y=1 and y=0. Is this the predicted Y, or the actual observed Y (I believe the former, but I was unclear on this).
